Refund policy

7-Day Return Policy:
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for items that are incorrect or damaged. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused,  and in the original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us at info@alwayssummerskin.com to start the return process. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: [Blk 17, Telok Blangah Crescent, #06-276, Singapore 090017].

Return Authorization:
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after return approval, contact us at info@alwayssummerskin.com.
